Our Belgian Beets Rock Sugar is getting love!
My neighbor @camelopardus_ny introduced me to these a while ago. And yesterday I bought a 12 ounce bag at an excellent price at the recently opened @Steepologie downtown. Having them in my tea this morning. Ethereal sweetness. Delicate. Barely there. Not cloying by any means. They also sell a liquid version of the Belgian Beet sugar. Buying that next.
