Virtual Shopping Experience is here!
Our new Virtual Shopping Experience ("VSE") launches this week!! HOW IT WORKS:
1. schedule a 30-minute shopping session
2. we'll contact you via FaceTime or Zoom (your choice)
3. your Tea Advisor will walk you through one of our beautiful retail locations
During your VSE your Tea Advisor will answer any questions and be able to show you our products in detail! You'll be able to select your teas and teaware and at the end of the session you can checkout. Your order will be shipped direct to your doorstep... Easy peasy!!
We'll be sending invites on a staggered roll out basis as follows:
- first to our VIP Elite Rewards Members
- then to our VIP Plus Rewards Members
- anyone with our app
- our Newsletter Email list
- after which the link will be available to all on our website
We're excited to launch this new way to connect directly with our fantastic customers. We're working hard to open more retail locations, but we see this as a way to bring you inside our stores much faster! See you soon!
