We are SO thrilled to share that we'll be opening 2 new beautiful tea shops this Fall:
- Indianapolis, IN at The Fashion Mall at Keystone Crossing (Level 1 between Apple and Nordstrom
- Austin, TX at Barton Creek Square (Level 2 next to Sephora).
Both will feature our fresh 250+ loose leaf teas, 50+ bagged teas and high quality teaware. We'll share build out pics as we progress with those projects!
Also, we're working hard behind the scenes to bolster our fulfillment capabilities for online / app orders and to stock our stores more efficiently. The biggest upgrade we're working on for e-commerce orders is a "sold out / notify me" feature that allows you to know exactly what's in the blending que and thus not ready to immediately ship - you'll have the option to either (a) pre-order and be first in line or (b) get on the "notify me" list when blending is complete. This has been the most requested feature by far, but it's been tricky implementing due to our website/app being tied in with our retail locations. We're hoping that's up within the next week!
