STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS: Use one to three sprigs in your 8-12 ounce cup of water between 175-185 degrees (boil water and let rest for 3 minutes) and let the tea steep anywhere from 5-7 minutes. Remove sprigs as you can re-steep up to three times.
