How do I earn points?
You can earn points several ways:
- you earn 1 point for every $1 spent in-store, online or through our Apple and Android apps
- you earn 50 points on your birthday (be sure to register your birthdate through the points system prior to your special day!)
- you earn 20 points for referring us to loved ones
- you earn 10 points for reviewing a purchased product on our website
- sharing on certain social media platforms also earns points (click on ways to earn on the green "Rewards" tab in the lower left corner of your browser to learn more)
How do I see my points balance?
Simply log in to your store account and click on the green "Rewards" tab in the lower left corner of your browser.
How do I join the Steepologie Rewards program?
Simply click on the green "Rewards" tab in the lower left corner of your browser and click "Create a store account" If you've ordered from us in the past and already created a store account, then you're already a member. There is no cost to join our rewards program.
How do I spend points?
Click on the green "Rewards" tab in the lower left corner of your browser and click "All Rewards". Find your eligible rewards and click "Redeem". To spend points in store simply give us your account email during checkout and we'll pull up your eligible rewards.
Do points expire?
Rewards points will expire after 6 months. Steepologie will always apply the oldest points towards your any reward you redeem regardless of the tier. If your account is closed for any reason, your points will expire 6 months from the calendar month in which your account was closed.
What can redeemed points be spent on?
Your redeemed points can be spent on any of our 250+ loose leaf teas (not eligible for teaware, subscriptions, etc.).
Are there any extra perks to be a loyal customer?
We thought you'd never ask! Yes, in February 2019 we rolled out our V.I.Steep program to give exclusive rewards to those members that earn a certain level of points in a calendar year. For example, earning 500 points in a calendar gets you our Bamboo Tea Infuser Tumbler laser engraved with your name!
