An open letter from the owners....

Hi,

Nothing makes us happier than having you with us as we've grown to become (we think?) the largest specialty tea company in the United States - no other tea company has as many stores to reach as many people IRL as we do!

Surely, it doesn't feel like we're a "big business" - we are still 100% family owned and managed, 100% self financed and 100% here to ensure you get the freshest and best loose leaf teas on the market.

We've grown from a simple website in 2016 to much more with a total of 8 stores (see pic of store #8 above, #9 is under construction in Austin!) and an Apple and Android app to serve you however you like.

And a little secret - we're working on opening 7 more stores in 2023. How have we done this? With support from customers like you! Word of mouth, purchases big and small, reviews and feedback to help us improve.
