Primarily from Taiwan, Oolong teas fall between black and green tea. They "literally" take a beating during processing. Oolong is a semi-fermented tea that is allowed to partially oxidize, which creates its unique flavor profile. Oolong can become more flavorful at 2nd and 3rd steeps. Oolong has a moderate level of caffeine.
