Recipe for: Menthos Mojito
- − 5-6 level tsp. Steepologie Menthos Tea blend
- crushed ice
- 4 limes
- fresh mint
- 3-4 tsp. Belgian Beets Rock Sugar (optional)
Steep the Menthos Tea with 4 1/4 cups of approx. 180°F water and let steep for 3 minutes. Fill a large pitcher with ice cubes and pour in the steeped tea. Wait until the tea is completely cooled down.
Put 2 tsp. of sugar into a large glass, add a lime cut into quarters as well as 2
sprigs of mint and crush with a muddler. Add crushed ice to the glass and top off the glass with the tea. Stir well and enjoy a perfect, alcohol-free Mojito!!
Add 1 1/2 tblsp. rum. An ice cold refreshment to enjoy in the evening!
